Win7Bet Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Filipino Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Win7Bet ("we," "us," "our," "win7bet"), governing your access to and use of the win7bet online gaming platform available at https://win7bet.best and any related mobile applications, tools, or services.

By registering an account, accessing the win7bet platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the win7bet platform.

These Terms are written in English consistent with Philippine English usage, and they are governed by applicable Philippine law. To use win7bet and create a player account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. Win7Bet strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18 years old, and participation by minors is illegal under Philippine law.
2. You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing win7bet from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of win7bet, nor a close family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from win7bet or any affiliated platform.
6. Your use of the win7bet platform must be for personal, recreational purposes only. Commercial use, systematic exploitation, or professional arbitrage is prohibited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a win7bet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to update your account promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active win7bet account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or using different contact details — is a violation of these Terms. Win7Bet may merge or close duplicate accounts and void any bonuses, promotions, or winnings associated with secondary accounts.

3.3 KYC Verification

Win7Bet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name, or bank account details matching your win7bet account name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being submitted may result in the request being declined until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win7bet account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Win7Bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact win7bet support immediately at support@win7bet.best.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Win7Bet accepts the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your win7bet account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Win7Bet does not charge fees on deposits made via GCash or Maya. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name that match your verified win7bet account identity. Win7Bet does not accept third-party withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within one to two hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Maximum single withdrawal: as displayed in the cashier at time of request
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Win7Bet reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Win7Bet complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines. We are required to file reports on suspicious transactions as mandated by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments. Players who deposit and withdraw without meaningful gaming activity may be subject to additional review and their transactions may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by win7bet are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published for each promotion on the win7bet Promotions page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, all casino games and sports bets contribute toward wagering requirements at the rate published for each game type.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Win7Bet takes bonus abuse seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension:

1. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
2. Coordinating with other players to guarantee a profit from bonus funds regardless of game outcomes
3. Placing bets with the primary purpose of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine play intent
4. Using betting patterns that constitute arbitrage or low-risk wagering across promotions
5. Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

5.4 Promotion Expiry

Bonus credits and free bets expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds and free bets that expire will be removed from your account without compensation. It is your responsibility to check promotion expiry dates and ensure you use them within the valid period.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on win7bet are subject to acceptance by win7bet's betting system. Win7Bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed when the platform issues a bet confirmation — pending bets that are not confirmed are not valid.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and event type. Current limits are displayed in the game interface at the time of placing a bet. Win7Bet may adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual player accounts, without prior notice.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, incorrect odds display, or any other platform error that results in a bet being accepted under incorrect terms, win7bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Winnings derived from a manifest platform error are not valid and will not be paid out.

6.4 Sports Betting — Event Cancellation

For sports bets, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is determined, win7bet will void bets on that event and return stakes to your account. Specific rules by sport and market type are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the win7bet platform.

6.5 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting odds update continuously. There may be brief delays between events occurring in real life and the odds being updated on the win7bet platform. Bets placed during a delay in odds update are subject to review, and win7bet reserves the right to void bets that were clearly placed with the benefit of knowledge of an outcome already determined.

All win7bet players are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with these Terms and in a manner consistent with fair play and respect for other players and staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the win7bet platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Attempting to exploit software errors, undocumented features, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live games or sports betting for mutual benefit at the expense of win7bet or other players
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing win7bet support staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using the win7bet platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud
• Misrepresenting your identity during account registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with win7bet support
• Allowing or assisting a third party to access and operate your win7bet account

Win7Bet reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension and referral to law enforcement — against any player found to be in violation of these conduct requirements.

Win7Bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating a win7bet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data win7bet collects is used for: account management and identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention, regulatory compliance including AML obligations, customer support, and with your consent, marketing communications. Win7Bet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any win7bet content without our express written permission.

The win7bet name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of win7bet. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win7bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your win7bet account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Win7Bet is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to use the win7bet platform
• Any loss caused by interruption of service, technical failures, or third-party provider outages beyond win7bet's reasonable control
• Any gambling losses resulting from your own decisions to play on the win7bet platform

Nothing in these Terms limits win7bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11.1 Win7Bet's Right to Suspend or Close

Win7Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

1. The player has violated any provision of these Terms
2. The account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity
3. The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
4. The account is subject to legal proceedings, a court order, or a regulatory requirement
5. Continued operation of the account poses a risk to win7bet, other players, or third parties

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play may be voided. Real-money deposits that were not part of fraudulent activity will be returned after investigation.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your win7bet account at any time by contacting support at support@win7bet.best. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after any pending bets are settled and KYC verification is confirmed.

Win7Bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to help manage your spending
• Session time limits — Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be logged out automatically
• Reality checks — Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net session result
• Self-exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from all win7bet services
• Account cooling-off — A short-term break of 24 hours to 30 days, after which your account automatically reopens

Win7Bet may update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by a notice displayed on the win7bet platform for a period of at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the win7bet platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using win7bet and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to win7bet's customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with support, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory dispute resolution processes, depending on the nature of the matter.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
